Daniel O'Donnell has revealed how himself and wife Majella were caught speeding TWICE during their recent tour of Ireland's bed and breakfasts.
The show became a huge hit for UTV and producers have already signed the celebrity couple up for another series next summer.
But the Kincasslagh man has revealed how himself and and his wife received two speeding tickets while filming the show.
Daniel told Highland Radio "We got two speeding tickets. I think one of them was when we were driving in Carndonagh and I'm not sure where the other one was.
"I certainly wouldn't be in favour of anyone speeding and I have to say that. I think we were doing 70 in a 60 zone - it was just one of those things.
"I can't even remember if we were detected by a speed van or what it was but we were caught for speeding twice," he revealed.
Daniel is easing himself into the Christmas mood and will spend Christmas in Donegal with his family.
But after that himself and wife Majella are heading off on a four month cruise in January.
The singer's popularity has never been as great since he appeared on the recent series of Strictly Come Dancing and also Daniel and Majella's B&B Roadtrip.
But Daniel dismissed rumours that he will be taking part in a future series of 'I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.'
"If anybody hears of me going on that show then I would tell them to shoot me. No, I would definitely rule that out. I just couldn't do it.
"The thought of all those thing including rats crawling around me in the dark would not be for me. No, I just couldn't do it," he said.
He travels to Killarney this weekend for a meet and greet with hundreds of fans who will be queuing for tickets for his shows next year at the INEC.
